Cancellation Policy

At Beauty and Skincare by Raja, we understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure a smooth and fair cancellation process, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Timeframe
Clients are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to other clients who may be waiting.

Cancellation Fee
In the event of a cancellation within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee of $50 will be charged to the credit card provided during the booking process. This fee covers the inconvenience caused and the potential loss of business during that time.

Rescheduling
If you wish to reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. This allows us to accommodate your request and make any necessary adjustments to our schedule.

Late Arrival and No-shows
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause you to arrive late for your appointment. However, please note that arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened or rescheduled appointment. In the case of a no-show (failure to arrive for your appointment without prior notice), the full service fee will be charged to the credit card on file.

Cancellation Notifications
All cancellations or appointment changes must be made by contacting us directly via phone or email. We kindly request that you provide your full name, appointment date, and time when notifying us of any changes.

Refunds
The cancellation fee of $50 is non-refundable. However, if you cancel outside the 24-hour window, no cancellation fee will be charged, and any prepaid fees for the service will be refunded to your original payment method.

Please understand that implementing this cancellation policy enables us to provide exceptional service to all our clients by effectively managing our appointment schedule. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
